For this major CBD shopping centre masterplanning project, I utilised my analytical, communication, and presentation skills to support the team in developing a long-term roadmap for future development. My role involved researching, interpreting, and graphically representing key data to inform strategic decisions.

I prepared diagrams and charts that illustrated critical customer demographics, spending power, and proximity to the centre, as well as identifying optimal retail tenant strategies. This analysis guided recommendations on which retailers the landlord should target for specific locations within the centre, providing valuable insights to shape the masterplan’s direction.
